Q. What if I misplace my Gift Card?
A. Please protect DiSalvo’s Gift Cards like cash, they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Q. How soon will my card arrive?
A. We have 4 shipping options to meet your meeds:
- Standard USPS 2-10 business days
- Overnight
- Two Day
- Three Day
Please allow up to one week to process all gift orders. Most gift orders will be processed in 1 – 3 days.
Q. What payment options do you accept?
A. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Q. Can you provide me with a receipt for my order?
A. Sure, Just print out the screen at the final step of your ordering.
Q. What happens if I have a remaining balance on my card?
A. No problem, our cards are valid for one year from the purchase date, you may also recharge your card.
Q. How much money may I put on a card?
A. You may put a maximum of $300 on each card, and a minimum of $25.
